Helped Track Storm News at GustavBlogger.com

This past weekend I was asked to help with editing and whatnot on GustavBloggers.com. The site was launched Sunday by a company I used to work at a desk for, directNIC.com. I also write news/blog posts for them, at ModernDomainer.com.

The related group of companies have a data center in New Orleans. It is a hurricane tradition with the CEO and core tech staff to stay in New Orleans, and do everything possible to keep services running and report on the storm from ground zero. I helped cover them once again as an editor / research desk and blogger.

It was a wild time and I'm very glad that people obeyed mandatory evacuation orders, because it could have been a ton worse. And let's not forget, there are three more storms brewing in the Atlantic as I type this...
